FaxaBank is a new service offered by NSGB that enables you to
keep an open channel with your accounts. It is a unique product which is
accessible through FonaBank, NSGB’s phone banking service.
FaxaBank was especially designed for corporate clients with an
understanding of all their requirements. It allows you to do the following:
• Receive the
most updated data on your company’s accounts.
• Acquire a hard copy to analyze easily at any time you want & from any
place within minutes on your fax machine.

 How to use FaxaBank?
• Call FonaBank number 02-580 5800 from any place from any phone.
• Select the language you prefer: (1) for service in Arabic (2) for service in
English.
• Press (1) to access your accounts.
• You will be asked to enter your FaxaBank user number
• You will then be asked to enter your FaxaBank PIN number
• Then choose one of the following:

1. To Listen to your Accounts Outstanding Press (1)
2. To receive the Global Position by Fax Press (2)
3. To receive Your Last Statement by Fax Press (3)
4. To receive the Account’s Movements by Fax Press (4)
5. To receive Today’s Accounts Movements by Fax Press (5)
6. To receive Statement of Checks Under Collection by Fax Press (6) |
