Job Description: Call Center Officer handles remotes relationship with customers/ non customers by serving their needs and developing business ( attracting new clients, cross & up selling to existing clients) from the inbound contracts received by the different channels (phone, fax, email).

Qualifications:
BSC in Business or Economics.
Very Good command of English.
Very Good knowledge of PC applications.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Customer oriented & able to maintain customer Satisfaction.
Good team player.

Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM

Days off : Friday & Saturday
