General Conditions:

• Duration 5, 6, 7 or 8 years.
• Issued in Egyptian Pound only.
• The required minimum amount per CD is EGP 1,000 and multiples.
• The interest is calculated starting from the issuance date and paid with the principle at maturity.
• The amount of the Harmony Cumulative CD or its interest payments cannot be paid except to the CD owner or to others as per previous instructions.
• The interest payment is at maturity for all the Cumulative CDs durations.
